Draco smirked. Points from the Gryffindors, now THIS was better! He got out his quill and waited for Professor Snape, the only sensible professor in this whole school, to continue.

Neville hated Professor Snape. Well, hated wasn't as good a word as terrified. He was terrified of him. Trembling, he got his quill out and waited for him. He knew he would loose points for Gryffindor.

Hermione watched Professor Snape. She had had her quill out early, but the Professor hadn't noticed her, only his wonderful Slytherins.
She sat still. She had long ago learned not to talk much in Potions class. Every word any Gryffindor student said took away points. Even if it was a right answer Snape still found a way for it to benefit Slytherin.

Snape went on and on, telling them what to write, once he was finished, however he kept giving the Gryffindors more to write because he could find the smallest thing that a Gryffindor was doing wrong.
"MR. LONGBOTTOM! NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!"

Paris opened the door to the classroom slowly and peeked her head through. Seeing that class had already started, she walked the rest of herself into the room. Setting her bag down next to the nearest empty desk, she drew a small piece of parchment from within her robes and walked up towards the Professor's desk.

"Sorry I'm late, Professor," she mused, dropping the note onto his desk. "I was with the Headmaster. I do hope it's not a problem." On the way back to her seat, she glanced around the room at the faces watching her, smirking for a select few. She caught sight of the certain brunette-haired boy with green eyes and glasses; The famous Harry Potter. A class with The Boy Who Lived, she thought, slipping into her seat and crossing one leg over the other. Charming.

Snape smiled mischeviously. "Why, of course I understand." Watching her sit back down in her seat.

Harry watched Paris sit down, then he glared at Snape. How dare him. He would have never been so lenient had it been a Gryffindor. Infact, Harry had never heard of one time when Snape had taken points from a Slytherin, and he doubted he ever would.

.. Not that it mattered if the note was forged..

Paris pulled her notebook and quill from her bag and set them in front of her, sighing boredly at the notes she needed to catch up on. Opening the notebook to an empty page, her eyes trailed over to Harry once more as she made a mental note to meet him after class; He was legend, after all. Or at least that bloody scar was..

Samara, slipped into class, her eyes narrowed. Potions is so enjoyable, I don't know why they make it a punishment and put us with the Gryffindors. She took a seat, murmuring, "Pardon the tardiness, Sir. I had to run to the Stationary Shop on the 6th Floor, to buy more ink, so that I wouldn't have to miss anything in your Lesson. May I ask what today's lesson is about?" She took out her notebook and a quill, with some ink, looking up at the Professor, with her quill, in her hand, ready to write.
